Pumpkin Protein Smoothie


Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

A healthy, energy-boosting meal or snack, packed with pumpkin and protein


Ingredients:
·         1 Small frozen banana
·         1/3 C Vanilla Greek yogurt
·         1/8 t Ground cinnamon
·         1/8 t Pumpkin pie spice
·         1/3 C Almond milk
·         1 T  Real maple syrup
·         ½  C Pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
·         1 C ice

Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed
  2. Add more milk to thin if smoothie is too thick
  3. Add more ice for a thicker texture
