Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
A healthy, energy-boosting
meal or snack, packed with pumpkin and protein
Ingredients:
· 1 Small frozen banana
· 1/3 C Vanilla Greek yogurt
· 1/8 t Ground cinnamon
· 1/8 t Pumpkin pie spice
· 1/3 C Almond milk
· 1 T Real maple syrup
· ½ C Pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
· 1 C ice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed
- Add more milk to thin if smoothie is too thick
- Add more ice for a thicker texture
