Best Chicken Noodle Soup
Make a big pot. This is really good.Ingredients:

T cooking oil
·
3
Carrots, sliced
·
2
Celery stalks, sliced
·
1
Lg onion, chopped
·
2
T Minced garlic
·
1
Bay leaf
·
8
C chicken stock
·
8
oz. wide egg noodles
·
2
C baked chicken, chopped
·
Salt
and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1.
Heat
oil in a large soup pot. Add carrot, celery, onion, garlic, and bay leaves.
2.
Cook
vegetables on medium/high heat, for 10 minutes, or until soft.
3.
Lightly
salt and black pepper. Stir occasionally.
4.
Remove
bay leaf.
5.
Add
chicken stock and bring to a boil.
6.
Turn
heat to medium and add noodles.
7.
Cook
noodles to al dente, about 6 minutes.
8.
Add
the chicken, stir and simmer an addition 4 minutes.
9.
Salt
and pepper to taste.
