Ingredients: 1 lb. hot sausage, uncooked 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened 2 cups Bisquick baking mix 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together sausage and cream cheese. Add in baking mix and stir well. Add cheese. Scoop up meat mixture and form into 1-inch balls. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
