Auntie Babettes Pumpkin Crumb Cake
Cure your pumpkin craving.  Pumpkiny, crunchy, deliciousness

Ingredients
·         1 yellow cake mix
·         1 egg, beaten
·         1/2 C butter, melted
·         1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
·         3 eggs, beaten
·         1/2 C white sugar
·         1/4 C packed brown sugar
·         1 1/2 t ground cinnamon
·         1/2 C white sugar
·         3 T butter, softened
·         1/2 C chopped pecans  

Directions
1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2.      Grease 9x13 pan
3.      Reserve 1 cup cake mix for crumb topping
4.      In a large bowl, combine the remaining dry cake mix with 1 egg and 1/2 C melted butter. Mix well, and then pat into prepared pan
5.      In a large bowl, mix together: pumpkin, 3 eggs, 1/2 C white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour over crust
6.      In a small bowl, combine reserved 1 C cake mix, 1/2 C sugar, and 3 T butter. Crumble over pumpkin filling
7.      Sprinkle nuts over the top.
8.      Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes

Serve warm
Great plain, with whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream
